Checks before remote work
- Common minor children and agreement on filing affect the choice between common routes; Family Code Article 107 exceptions need separate review.
- A joint court application under Article 109 needs a written child agreement and a notarised agreement on the amount of child maintenance. One spouse’s claim does not require the other spouse’s consent to file.
